Purchase 1/4 of a cow from our November 25 harvest! All cows are grass fed, grass finished, and raised naturally in open pasture. 
 
Each quarter share includes 100+ lbs of beef, and generally includes the following cuts:
 
Carne Asada
Brisket or Tri-Tip
1" thick cut steaks (t-bone, ribeye, sirloin, flank or skirt)
Short ribs
Stew meat
Roasts
Soup bones
Ground beef ( about 50% of the share)

Beef will begin processing at Meridian Meat Packers (245 E Blue Heron Ln, Meridian, ID 83646) on November 25. Shares are available for direct pickup or delivery (depending on your location). Typically packaged meat is available within 1-2 weeks of harvest. We will be in close communication with you during this process so that you have plenty of time to prepare freezer space!
